Purpose of data processing?
We use the information provided by you or submitted on this site to handle information requests, deliver products and services, communicate with you about products, bookings, services and promotional offers. We have 3 main data processing activities within NK Coatings : Enquiry/Contract, Supplier/Customer Account Management, Marketing Activities.
Personal information collected in pursuance of an enquiry/contract from the initial enquiry through to contract completion & the expiry of limitation period has been designated as having the lawful basis of ‘Contract’.
Personal information collected in the pursuance of supplier or customer account management activities has been designated as having the lawful basis of ‘Legitimate Interest’.
Personal information collected for marketing activities from completion of our ‘Marketing Consent Form’ has been designated as having the lawful basis of ‘Consent’.

Included in the data are your name, business address, telephone number & email address.
Where does the data come from?
Your data was collected by us during the pursuance of a contract, while conducting account management activities, provided by you with your consent or shared with us at our request from a third party data supplier. We do not share individual personal information outside of the NK Group, nor do we collect information about our visitors from other sources.
Retention period
Personal data held under a lawful basis of Contract will be retained for a period of 25 years.
Personal data held under a lawful basis of Consent, will be retained only for as long as you wish us to. You can unsubscribe from our email database by clicking on the remove link at the base of each email, completing a revised Marketing Consent form on our website or by email to data@nkcoatings.com.
Your right to object
